8E summicron repair question

I have acquired an 8E 35mm summicron recently. It was described as mint but when I received it, I found a circle of white spots on an inner element. Those spots appear to be either due to lens separation or coating damage. The cosmetic looks mint though.

Test shots using M8 show that the lens still produces very nice images. The sharpness seems unaffected. Wide open shots against strong light show some 'glow' but nothing objectionable.

While the lens is fully useable as it is, I am just wondering if there is any repair possible. Does anyone know of a reputable guy who could do a re-coating or re-cementing of lens elements? Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

TIA
