I use an Imacon 132C back on a Sinar. My lenses are all mounted in Prontor Professional shutters.
Is there a way to get accurate, consistent exposures in the 2~10 seconds range? I have the Prontor Professional timer, but winding the clockwork mechanism for each exposure is a pain. I know about the Rollei, Schneider and Horseman electronic shutters. The KaptureGroup solution does only short exposures, and needs AC power. Has anyone made a portable release using a battery-powered solenoid? Would it be possible to trigger the back externally, keeping the lens open on B?
Ideas welcome!
