Looking for Sinar Software for Windows PC

Hi, I am looking for software to convert Sinar Emotion22 files on a Windows PC. It seems there is a Beta software out but i can not find it. Please can it be uploaded by Usendit.
If someone else knows a way to convert these files for use in Photoshop, please let me know.
