Bob I put on a very simple small generic plate that Jack gave me from RRS

Hehehe. I used a Wimberley 3" generic lens foot plate (the P10) mounted sideways and it works great

    Cheers,
I use exactly the same plate, but any small plate with an anti-twist ridge would work. I tried an generic L-bracket (why is a long story) but it interfered with the shift in the direction of the bracket so I went back to the small plate.

    Hey,
I found that the RRS B25 is a perfect fit.

I actually just swapped on a B29 I found rattling around in my plate bin. It is a perfect fit too and has the 3/8's screw. It has a lip along a long side, mounts parallel to the back like on most DSLR bodies so you slide the camera in sideways -- just in case someone may prefer that arrangement...
