a 14" LCD monitor powered by USB. Don't know the specs or power draw, but *what if* it were hooked up to the new Phase IQ series MFDBs since they offer USB?

$200 is cheaper than an iPad, but then again, if you can afford an IQ MFDB, why skimp now?

From what I understood, only the Firewire bus is powered. The USB is not. Also, the battery is being charged while plugged into the Firewire which is a nice feature.
