Are you shooting with a tech camera?
Scary. if that's on a DF with standard and Retrofocus lenses, then God help you on a technical camera with true wide angles.
I would double check the light sealing of the IQ back. There are reports of defective pins not holding the back as tight as should be to camera. Funny how the most advanced beasts are tripped up by a simple mechanical detail sometimes.
Otherwise - yes send it back !

No I am on DF. Does this happen only with technical camera?
I shoot with 4x5 before (never with a back).
