Mamiya 80 1.9 manual + df... short extension tube ?

with a Mamiya 80 1.9 manual on a DF, can we use a short auto extension tube with af contacts NA401 or the old manual extension tube ?

It works with the 645AF short auto extension tube (the one with contacts), gets you down to 0.33 - 0.5m focus roughly. Of course stop down metering and an absolute bugger to focus on anything at f1.9 (hence I'm not posting the test shot).

I also use the old 645 N bellows with tilt/shift capabilities, they work too, but again stop down metering, so would presume the old 645 auto extension tubes work too.

The main thing the new tubes give would be aperture control on new lenses without an aperture ring and presumably leaf shutters would work.
