As you may have seen I am in the process of bying mfdb system. have you got any information on the pricing of the new Hy6 31 mpixel kit (back, body, finder, 80mm lens). Will it be competitive with the Haselblad, and Phase One equivalents around £10-11.000?

I cannot say anything about the prices right now, but it will possibly be published before Photokina.

I believe that this Sinar Hy6 - 65 (31,6 MPx) will be competitive with the identical existing systems, although I don't know the prices.

I will hold out until after Photokina before I press the button. I think I read that the new system is available immediately after Photokina. Does that mean that Hother will have one for me to test in two weeks time?

Dear Anders,

that's our intention, to have it shipped right after the Photokina. However, due to the overwhelming interest and positive response for this product, and production probably just ramping up, I can imagine that it will not be easy to satisfy all requests at the same time.

I can't therefore tell when our distributor in Denmark will have its demo unit.
