Question about CFV 39

Is there an adapter for the digital back that enables to be fitted on 645 format camera, such as Contax 645?

I currently use Hassy 205, but I'd like to Utilize the Full Frame format of the back...

The CFV backs are Hasselblad mounts, natively. You will want a CF-39, which uses the iAdapters to fit various cameras.
