    Mirror stuck

    Hi,
I am on a visit to Wales in UK.

I brought with me a H3D-31 with several lenses.

I am getting a error code Mirror error-- ID 17-1.

Any solution or any way I can get it to work. I tried the factory reset, removed all custom functions. Removed the power pack and everything i could think off.

The camera was just retuned from factory after full calibration.

I live in US and presently in UK. Will be here for another week.

    HELP please.

    R---

Try removing lens, DB, and re- install. Try the MU button to make sure it's not wedged in there. Make sure your not set for a MU self timer or long exposure. Usually this a an electronics or software issue.

    Thanks,

I have tried all you mentioned, NO luck. Tried to contact Hassy US tech support.

Made over 50 calls, NO body is answering the phone.

Will continue to find a solution.

    Thanks,

I'm guessing no reply from the US since it was a holiday yesterday?

    Perhaps try UK support?

    Thanks Gerald,

I spoke to Hasselblad UK yesterday. They mentioned that the mirror assembly may need to be replaced and they do not have one in stock and will need at least one week to get one from Denmark. By then I should be back in US.

    Thanks to all of you.
