need help on polaroid back on phase one af

Tried the polaroid back for phaseone af, after using it...i cannot remove it from the body even if I clicked the lever, any suggestions?

Did you replace the dark slide? As I recall if the dark slide was removed (or not fully seated) the back could not be removed.

Haven't touched one in 7 years though, so memories are vague.

I used a Pola back on the P1 AF body recently.

As Doug mentioned, make sure the dark slide is in and fully seated. It's a total pain in the @$$ to get in though due to the grip being in the way.

Also, it tends to bind a little. Press the back in towards the body while pressing the release. Sometimes that helps.

Loved using mine but it was defintely an afterthought (if at all) when the AFDIII/P1AF was made.
