Hilarious, and I love it!Most people know better than to walk into their scene while wearing a red headlamp. Most people, but not everybody.
Cathedral Gorge State Park, Nevada. Phase One XF/IQ4150, 35mm BR lens. The foreground was blended from two frames. The sky was from 6 frames stacked and averaged in Photoshop. The foreground exposures were ISO 2000, 30 seconds @ f/4.0. The sky frames were ISO 1600, 120 seconds @ f/4.0.
FWIW, I don't expect to use in-camera frame averaging for astro-landscape photos. Even with a tracking mount there is some drift between frames so each frame has to be aligned before averaging. There are dedicated programs to stack and average but I've had better luck doing it by hand in Photoshop.
The iconic Vestrahorn, in Iceland, on a March sunrise. Hasselblad X1D, Hasselblad XCD 21mm f/4 and the always impressive Formatt-Hitech Firecrest Ultra filters.
Thank you for viewing, best regards
