Well, I'm back! Kinda missed this community over the last six weeks!

The Namibian desert, XF/150/240mm.
Very nice, I trust you had a pleasant journey. Your trip timing was perfect, maybe a little too close for the return; did you have difficulty returning to Canada? My timing not so good. My wife and I intended to be in the Texas hill country in our camper at this date and we had to cancel a camper van reservation in Scotland at the end of April. I had always thought I didn't organize my photo files because I didn't have the time, now I know there is some other reason.

Sorry to hear your trip scuppered, Tom. We only just got out of South Africa three hours before the country went into total lockdown. Now we're quarantined at home for 14 days but we're well and the wine cellar is stocked. And I have hundreds of images to edit!
Cheers,
Bill

After a few months with my IP being locked out, I am back with some more MF photographs...this one taken during a solo walk, we are not locked down in Singapore, and only practice social distancing.

I forget to note the species of the orchid, perhaps an expert might be able to identify it.

Hasselblad H3D-39 with HC80/2.8 and H28 tube.

In keeping with the orders to stay isolated (we are 80 and 83 years of age---"the elderly"), we have been going to deserted places to photograph. We went to the mainland to both Dock Rds and 7 Bridges Rd. Here are two images. Both made with a Fuji GFX 50R, 32-64mm lens. Thanks for looking
