Contax dark band need CLA?

At some speeds I am getting a dark band, sometimes at top & bottom, sometimes at bottom of my image. Tried both zero and normal latency on the P65+

Could be the mirror? Needs adjustment? new spring?

Can someone recommend a good private Contax repair person? I remember someone here being recommended and should refurbish the body anyway.
