H3D 22 Focusing screen question

There aren't that many different focussing screens for the H cameras. Basically, the same screen exists with markings for film (also 60 mp sensor), 50/39/22 mp sensor and 40/31 mp sensor. So the answer to your question is probably yes (although some back manufacturers were not selling a new focussing screen, but just a frame to be put on top of it).
