How many camera "systems" do you maintain?

Loosely equates to how many cameras do you have....but, this question is directed at the real GAS addicts: How many complete camera systems do you maintan?

For me:

Rangefinder/Sony: Leica Monochrom for B&W and the all around badass factor, and Sony A7s for night streets. Overall use: street photography
Lenses: 12mm Voigtlander, 16-18-21 WATE, 28mm Summicron, 35mm Summincron, 50mm Summilux, 90mm Tele Elmarit

M4/3: Olympus E-M5 II for light travel, kids parties, telephoto. Overall use: light weight general purpose zoom.
Lenses: Oly 12-40 2.8, Panny 35-100 2.8, Panny 100-300mm, Panny 25mm 1.4

DSLR: Nikon D3x and 800E. For work. General purpose workhorse. I use this system when I can't afford to make a mistake or miss shots.
Lenses: Nikon 14-24 2.8, 28mm 1.8, 85mm 1.8, 24-70 2.8, 70-200 2.8

Medium Format: Rolleiflex HY6 for hobby, and in-studio portrait and products. I use this for fun, and for when I need to impress clients with professional gear, or for shoots where I can slow down.
Lenses: 50mm Schneider AFD 2.8, 80mm Xenotar AFD 2.8, 150mm Zeiss F4, 180mm Xenotar AFD 2.8, 250mm Zeiss

Technical Cam: Alpa SWA with 47mm xl. I use this for fun, and when I need the shift for wide angle architecture/interior. (currently can't afford other lenses! But I would only get ultra wides for the Alpa, as 50mm or longer my Rollei system can handle)

These two systems share a Leaf Aptus 12-ii digital back.

Handheld: Ricoh GR, a little rockstar that never leaves my pocket.

Film: Linhof 617S3 with 70 and 180mm. Hasselblad 503, Leica M2.

Flash: 4 speedlights

Tripod: Gitzo carbons (big and small), Linhof 3D, Manfrotto 405, and other Gitzo heads.

I've condensed down recently to just the Sony FE system and my original Micro 4/3 G1+kit lens. It does everything I NEED to be honest but there are days where I get hit by GAS panic attacks. Current gear is in the signature.

Damn! I stopped counting at eight. Does a Yashicamat count as a system? I think I have the wide angle adapters somewhere...

four
oops! five, forgot I-phone
Well John if you're going to be that way, lets see

DF and WRS and converted Sony A7r, then there's the regular Sony A7r plus my Droid plus Sandy's phone and the 2-cameras mounted/actually built into the Raptor. Opps almost forgot the quadcopter. That's what - 9? I think I may still have a video cam or 2 floating around somewhere...

I'll start with just the MF and LF systems/cameras.
LF Film (all 4x5):
Sinar P & X
Cambo SCII
Ebony 45SU
Graphic Views I & II
Nine Schneider, Rodenstock and Nikkor LF lenses from 90-300mm

MF Film:
Pentax 67 (2 67 and 1 67II). Just about every P67 lens from the 35 fisheye to the 300 EDIF
Pentax 645NII (35, 75, 120 macro, 150, 200, 45-85 and 80-160, mostly A)
Mamiya TLRs (220, 220f & 330f) and lenses from 55 to 180 (missing the 65 & 250)
Mamiya 7II (43, 50, 65, 80 & 150 lenses)
Mamiya RZ67 ProIID (50 ULD, 65, 110, 140 macro, 180 & 210 APO)
Hasselblad 501CM, 503CXi, 503CW (black), 553ELX (40 CFE IF, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120 macro, 150, 180, 250, 350 & 500). Most are CFE or CFi, except the 350, which is a CF and the 500 which is C T*)
Rolleicord V

MF Digital:
Hasselblad 503CWD with the CFV-16II
Pentax 645D
Contemplating a DM33 for the RZ67 ProIID ;)

Started a tally of all my cameras a couple weeks ago. I'll just say it's closer to 50 than 30.

I hope my wife never sees this list.

I have all the lenses for my Sony RX-1 system.

The only other camera system is my 645D with four lenses. That for me seems like a lot.

I also forgot the Fuji GX 680 system with most of the lenses and accessories they ever made. I keep telling my wife I will sell something.

Holy crap Ben. What do you call the storage room for all this gear, your camera pantry? BTW - I have that DM-33 if you really want it ..... ;)

My list is quite brief:

Canon EOS 6D (oh how boring!)
Sigma 35/1.4, Canon 40/2.8, Canon 400/5.6

Panasonic GFI Original
Bunch of misc lenses, Minolta Rokkor 50/1.7, Minolta Celtic 135/2.8

Medium Format Digital - any digital back I want, any camera body I want, any lens I want, just sign it out

Yes, I know, I have quite a big hole in my Canon lens lineup, I need a 50. I rarely shoot the Panasonic, generally my thinking about a small camera for walkabout is that the 6D is quite small, and when you pair it with the 40mm pancake, it's hardly bigger than most mirrorless cameras.

I have not shot film since my early Canon Elan II days with the Eye Control. I like the way it looks, not sure I can handle shooting it again, but if I did, it would have to be with something like a Rolleiflex....or at least something with a waist level finder. That, I would like.

I may have also forgotten the Hermagis Eidoscope #3 in mint condition that I just had S.K. Grimes adapt to Linhof. I may have forgotten a few other items as well, but don't tell my wife.

Hi Steve. Yes, I've had my eye on that DM33 for several weeks. Looks like a great unit. Just not sure I want to spend $6500 for one. Hardly use my CFV16 or 645D as it is. But of course, that hasn't stopped me from buying more gear in the past.

Answer is simple: too many.

M-mount, R-mount, F-mount, FourThirds, Micro-FourThirds, and Hasselblad V. Never mind all the Polaroids and fixed lens cameras. There are probably a couple I've forgotten.

Nikon F-mount, 4 digital and 2 film bodies plus 2 Fuji bodies. Many lenses.
Olympus OM, 2 bodies that work and 21/28/35/50/50/50/50/100/200/500mm lenses
GX680 III and IIIs, 65/100/125/185/185mm lenses and assorted viewfinder, bellows etc.
Panasonic L1 with PanaLeica 14-50mm. I should sell it, but it's such a great lens.
Panasonic GH1 with no lenses

I recently sold my m4/3 gear and most of the Contax 35mm. The OM system should go next, but it's what I used for 30 years. Not easy...

Considering an additional, more portable MF system in addition to what I have.

egad! forgot another one...so six! and that does not include the RR (only has live view anyway, harrumph!)

So glad to have said goodbye to all that, so that now I have only 1.5 'systems.' Sold/traded my Leica, Rollei, and Nikon RF film gear and my M9s, and now have just one Monochrom and mostly Mandler lenses – and an A7 with M adapter that waits patiently for the few occasions when I want color.

I'm working 90% of the time with the World's Lightest and Simplest landscape kit: MM, WATE, MATE, and a 24mm 2.8 to bridge between them. And a carbon Gitzo. It's great to feel unburdened!

Kirk

PS, what helped most was selling my Imacon. That put an end to 'hybrid' output of film capture and digital printing.

.
I know that feeling. I still have a pair of Nikon F2 bodies and several non-AI lenses that I've owned for 30+ years. I'm keeping them for the duration. Too bad I don't have any kids or grandkids to leave them to. Ah heck, they probably wouldn't appreciate them anyways.
