WIDE SPECTRUM CREDO BACKS & C

My understanding is that infrared-capable Credo digital backs are in CCD only. However here listed that WS option is also available for Credo 50 as well.

Is this just an error?

The WS version just has the ir/uv filter removed and it is replaced a clear protective piece of glass.
We actually have a wide sprectrum version of the IQ250.

For clarity, we can provide any Phase One or Mamiya Leaf back in a "wide spectrum" (i.e. IR sensitive) form.

I've done a lot of work with infrared digital backs over the years and wrote up a short summary of some of the relevant info here: Medium Format Infrared.

The Credo 50 (CMOS), 60 (CCD) and 80 (CCD) are available in WS form, in both Mamiya and Hasselblad V mounts.

Hope this helps
