I cannot capture any hand held images with 12TC

I have a Credo 60 DB. I just purchased the Alpa 12 TC and 35mm XL SK lens. Although I am unable to capture any handheld images as the credo back does not wakeup when i depress the shutter.

    Please help.

Do you have the back in zero-latency mode?

See page 46 and 141 in this manual:

Zero latency is the way to go when you are not using a one shot cable, but I fully recommend using something like the Kapture Group one shot cable instead. Zero latency chews up batteries.

You can see the one shot cable here: https://www.digitalback.com/product/...hnical-camera/
