I've always looked for a safe way to travel with my camera gear on the back seat of a car. With some of my gear the camera would either roll or tumble over if I took a turn the wrong way or too quickly. So traveling safely with my Cambo became a priority. I have come across what I think is almost the most stable system ever - at least for me. I had most of this stuff laying around - a Revo 23 inch glider and a double RRS clamp that attach to the rear of the Cambo rail can be put on the back seat and it never moves. I have two rails and two front standards for the Cambo (DB+ rail and Long rail) and either work well. I think the only way it would topple would be to hit brick wall. Maybe this will work as well for you as it has for me.
