I was looking for same comparison between both those two lenses.
I'm trying to understand that if the addition 1000-1200 $ for the new lens (Asph) is worth the money. Or a good deal for the N version (the old version) is good enough.
The new lens is around 2K$ and the old version is around 700-1K$ as far as I saw.
I know the differences are sum up mainly in IC, 110 vs 150, which I don't think it worth the extra ~1K$. I read here that a few members wrote it much sharper, but no samples are existed in the posts.
If someone has the new ver Asph, I would be glad to see some RAW samples.
If someone has/d both of them, I will be more than happy to hear his experience and his opinion.
