Any good places worth exploring for a photo shoot between Pacifica and Half Moon Bay?

the large bluff/nature conserve just south of the golf course in Pacifica has some pretty good coastline views. walk up the trails to the top
there is also some sort of building along the road to halfmoon bay from pacifica right near where the tunnel is being constructed that looks interesting. it is way out on the cliff edge on a distinct point of the cliffs.

off the cliffs on the north side of pacifica parapenters take off and circle above the coastline if the weather is suitable

Having lived in Half Moon Bay for 13years I envy you being there. By all means explore the Pillar Point area. Also there is a nice yacht basin there as well.

Go south out of Half Moon Bay. There are a number of overlooks that are worth exploring. There are also a number of shots facing north where the sand colored bluffs of Half Moon Bay make for a lovely backdrop to portraits.

Several lighthouses, both north and south of the bay.

Have fun

jm, Woody,
thanks for your suggestions. I really appreciate that. I have been living in San Jose for a number of years now but I have never really explored the coast in any detail other than a few drives along Hwy 1.
