Hello,
I'm trying to work USB3 tethered via C1 with Credo back, but it doesn't recognized the back.
I think I might missing a driver that related to the back.
Anyone might know what am I missing here?

Just a thought are you using a Leaf/Phase USB3 cable. I have had issues before with non P1 cables.

Do you have a different PC you can connect to? Just to make sure the port on back is OK.

Credo USB3 support came a bit after the IQ backs so you might need a newer version of C1 not sure which version added tethered support for the Credo.

Do you have the latest firmware installed on your Credo?
Download and install the "Firmware Updater Utility" from here.
Also, the latest firmware link is on that page.

If your DB is recognized by the updater utility, then it should also be recognized by C1.
