How far should we take photography?

There are photographers and then there are photographers (respect, politeness, taking a turn, patience or just being human) attended a workshop once with a photographer who claimed he only advises and never shoots during the workshop First LIE....that was not the case. Also most appalling when he arrived to a bridge loaded with photographers and went to the obvious best location for the shot which was already occupied and proclaimed "I'm a professional photographer this is how I make my money and I need to stand right here!" I have many different stories like this one, so I can only believe the OP was trying to express with out saying something like this.
