Ooohh... sunburst body with a maple neck! This has quickly turned into a great thread. Thanks, Dave, for starting it off!
And while I certainly appreciate the images of the beautiful acoustic guitars posted so far, Darr I can't wait to see your imagery of the Bonnie Raitt Strat!

P.S. All this makes me miss my Fender Precision bass from my youth - sunburst body with a solid maple neck. Sigh....
Oh man, Binbin. Pre-CBS no less. They are gorgeous!I hope some basses are also allowed in here?
Here's my custom shop '58 precision alongside my all original 1959 precision, shot on 6x6 Fuji Provia 100F
Actually the custom shop is a new bass, I bought it in 2013, it's supposed to be a recreation of a vintage instrument. I bought this one to match with the vintage bass so I could have something to take to gigs and practise without worrying that it would get stolen or damaged...Binbin,
Two 1950s guitars/basses.. wow!
Where in the world did you find that beautiful pair?

THIS!.....I love all the marks and scrapes on mine, I made them all in the process of enjoying it, it's now priceless to me, worthless to anyone else, wouldn't have it any other way!
Enjoy.
