Lumariver DoF deleted settings

Hello
Sometimes I use DoF.
I stored some settings in the past.
Yesterday I missing all settings for my PhaseOne and Leica Bodies.
First I thought the reason come from iPad OFF.
I store the setting again and check this.
But this isn’t the reason.
Can it be that by update the app the settings are deleted?
If not what can be the reason for deleted settings?
I’m not sure that I have reset all settings.

I wrote Anders Torger 2020-03-15 via Email.
He answer today.
He doesn’t know a reason yet.
Yesterday I update to 1.0.6.
Maybe that’s the reason.
I don’t know.
I will implement my settings again and check in future.
