Well said... I lurk more than post on this forum but really do enjoy the images and good natured banter. Just got my new 24 1.4 and took it out for a spin this afternoon. Took this shot wide open. BTW, this car is a blast to drive... like a go-kart on steroids :)
Nicely done, David.
A close friend of mine owns a similar ride, and yes, it's a lot of fun! :toocool:

We had booked a suv. It was at the airport. Ayesha drove. I navigated. I had learned my lesson in Europe, where villages are within 1/2 an hour. But here!!

I was taking no chances. The Atlantic was on the right!

We had 250 kms to go before we could rest. It was a long road...
Majestic Cabot Trail views, Rayyan.

Once again I have to catch up a little. More images from Spain (D3x, 14-24/2.8):
Nice to see more of your travel work, Alex.
Beautiful landscapes, and fun Dali Egg :)

Hey Steve, we're almost in sync here.
Here's one from last week or so...

(no exotic lens in the bag, so it's just the lowly 105 VR  ... and D3X @1600 ISO + added noise from Nik SEF)
Love that little illumination! Creates a nice mood. Nice shot & comparison C!

Did you see them Rayyan ? she asked

They say it is a rare species..a dying race.

Did you see the alpha male?

Yes.

Did you get a look at the female? Sort off, I said.

I also saw the alpha twins, I said.

What do you think of them?

Nothing special..just like us.

What did they feed you today? You seem to be your usual self.

Looks like you wisely approached them from behind. Safer that way sometimes. :D

Very nice photographic variations on the theme, Rayyan.
And funny narrative as usual (excellent last sentence)... :D

Rayyan: :ROTFL: 1. Impressive turnaround/rest stop/viewpoint. Very sensual photo. 2. Awesome road! The eye follows the curves, ups and downs, and then imagines it going on and on; nice IQ and color. 3/4/5. Is there a tour bus there. They look like North American Tour Busers, or Natbu's. Often seen at rest stops and view points. Some have been tagged to follow their movements. More mature males are often bald. Nice triptych of photos. Well framed, colorful, and intriguing.

Cheers, Matt
