Magic Light Here & More Lesson's To Be Learned.....! Keep Em Coming Rayyan!
Powerful stuff, Rayyan. Hamza has a great teacher. We should all be so lucky... we should all learn, and make it different.
Steve, Lloyd, Corian: Thanks guys.Rayyan: +1 on both Steve and Lloyd's comments above. Hamza is a fast learner.
Jason: This one is way way cooool!Shutting down the street...
:ROTFL: You're too funny! This is how it started.
How Anna got to show me what she had down there...
in the wine cellar.
But some stories are better left unsaid. It was dark down there but she did know where the buttons were..for the lights to go on!!
Rayran.. thanks, and nice image. Prague?
Jason, Lloyd: Thanks. Yes sir, Prague.:ROTFL: You're too funny!
Jorgen: I think, and apparently Corlan does too, that it's an incredible camera. I sold mine to get the D3s; but, once a week, at least, I miss it. I'll have another version of it by the end of the year. They're also starting to be discounted a bit. And, a big +, we wouldn't have to look for your photos on the m4/3's forum!Well, I am kind of gone for the time being. Personal challenges plus job assignments prohibits me from taking the time needed to make the photos I would have liked to make. Still, I do take photos, and I experiment with equipment to find a setup that will work for motor-racing as well as for weddings or product shots. I should buy a D700, right?
rayyan: Brilliant! You (and your family, of course) have done well with Hamza. Those stones tell a more current story, of course. Why are we here grandpa?, asked Hamza, sitting down besides me.
I want to tell you a story about this place Hamza, I said. Like in Rome.
No grandpa. said Hamza, let me tell you. I hear the stones too!
For the next 20 minutes Hamza told me a story.
Hamza got somethings mixed up..
But he was listening to the stones..speaking in whispers. As if sharing a secret.
Hamza would pause sometimes; as if listening carefully...
Hamza stood up. Looked around.
Do you know what happened here grandpa? Hamza asked.
The same as always, grandpa. The same as always. said Hamza as
he threw a small pebble back into the ruins
This is were it belongs, said Hamza. Grandpa, why don't they ever learn?
I don't know Hamza.
Maybe they think it would be different this time grandapa, said Hamza.
Hamza was learning, learning fast.
Matt: Bit early for you, no? Now you are smoking my friend.
I particularly like the first and the third. Life at is lived.
Regards.
Love the "Face" In #1 & The Semi Mo Hawk In 3! Great Color & Sharpness Too!
More great stuff, Matt. Nice slice-of-life moments.
You're sure tempting me on this lens. (and camera). Stunning color. Very impressive. :salute:
Rayyan/Steve/Lloyd/Corlan: Thank you all for your for your kind comments.Matt: excellent. Love the first one, where the contrast in expression and attitude between the two vendors is priceless. The (better" "MOVE" above the second one's head is a nice addiction, too. ...
Wooo Hoooo!! Chicago Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup!

Wow! Never assume indeed. Looks, at the least, like you're less stupid than someone else!I had the books from Amazon. lots of them.
I had DVDs showing me how.
I practically knew the exposures in my mind. Night or day. Without thinking I could do it. I had it perfected...
I wanted to know how to photograph trees. simple trees.
Step 1: Find a tree...
Step 2: Go home... but I did find something interesting. maybe people
looking for forests.
Lesson: Never Ever Assume.
Woody: +1, nice composition and pp, also.Nice moment, Woody.
Jason: +1. :thumbup:Another Nice One Jason & Big Congrats!
Steve: Say hello to him from me. He's a great guy; but, don't let him use his little Leica point-n-shoot, or his C#@%*>? gear.C, You'll Have To Settle For Shots Of Ashwin In Boston Tomorrow & Other Classified Images...
Meeting Him At 7:30 am At The Commons....Should Be Fun...
Jason: Get the older one when the new one comes out. You wouldn't regret it.Woody... wonderful!!

Plus One!Great catch, Jason.
rayyan: Nice photos. Some wine cellar stories are better untold. My best Praha story involves a seedy late night bar, gypsy women, and some ex- Stb/Stasi types (I have a vivid imagination)......Great Stuff!
Jason: +1 to Steve's +1 of Lloyd'sPlus One!

There used to be trees there; but, you're a bit late. That plane looks like one they walked away from. Now it looks like a car parked overnight in a bad Bronx neighborhood.
Jason: +1 to Steve's +1 of Lloyd's
