Headshots w/20 2.8

I got my new Nikkor 20 2.8D last night and I have to say, that it's impressively sharp wide open. I was kind of skeptical after reading different reports on the Internet. It took me about six months to decide on this lens as a 28 mm alternative, and I had to switch camera systems, but I think I'm glad I finally did.
Here are a couple of headshots wide open.

II was kind of skeptical after reading different reports on the Internet.

Which proves that own experience is often more valuable than reading internet forums. People have different needs and different approaches.

I used a borrowed 20/2.8 on my S3 as a walk-around a couple of years ago, and had only positive experiences with it.

That first shot is great.
