Well, I'm glad you're using a camera and not a stamp. Stamps sometimes don't produce the best images. :ROTFL:

(BTW, I'm not getting the zippers around the necks. Very colorful, but is there some meaning?)
Jorgen: +1 for me! Keep taking pictures. This is definitely a world I'll never see. Somewhere, I have a large book with a lot of beautiful Thai stamps in it that i collected as a kid. I remember lots of pictures of the Royal family.

Cheers, Matt

The ubiquitous Waikiki shopping bus. Every big hotel; every 1/2 hr; hauling shoppers back and forth. Hilton to Prada; Gucci to Sheraton; the beach is the other way. Cheers, Matt.

Matt, so you went shopping!! As good a place to meet people Matt, as any that I know off. For me the beach poses a disadvantage..I am no Adonis. Get sand kicked in my lens!!

Best.

Tim: Brilliant photos of the sky. You have to love a place that has real seasons.

Cheers, Matt.

+1 for the brilliance.
Got real seasons too, but certainly not this kind of dramatic skies for a long time. Dullest boringest overcast for months here :(

That's more like it.
Allows for more interesting, and "Market Place style", framing than the beach.

Good one, Matt

Big thumbs up for zipper-neck girl. She looks fiesty!

Steen: Elegant use of the wide angle. Smooooooth!

And even though it's March, winter is still hanging on tight. The sky tonight as an arctic air mass moved in.

Best,
Tim

Very Waikiki for sure. Nice catch here Matt. BTW, the sign on the side of the bus is very telling, isn't it?

Rayyan: That's where the restaurants were! We had a great meal on the terrace of the Moana Surfrider. 110 years old. The first hotel in Waikiki. Sitting behind us was another Architect that I knew from Seattle! Not a very big ocean. :D

Rich, beautiful colors, and movement, Pete.
I'm partial to the first three and even the first two for their great dynamic.

The second one would me my favorite, perfect light, action and harmony... though i'd try and crop its right hand part into (something like) a 3*4 format. The added focus would make it, by all means, a definite wall hanger.

Just a thought :)

The All New Fun with Nikon Images

Rayyan, your photo of the woman with the incense sticks is absolutely gorgeous
And Jorgen, your cheerleader shots are fabulous, so three dimensional and with such sparkling colors - excellent captures and post processing
And Tim, you really make your new D700 & Zeiss Makro-Planar 2/100mm ZF sing, beautiful captures of the wild sky and the winter forest, enjoy the new rig
Matt, love your shots of the Waikiki shopping rush, they are priceless, and your black and white processing is excellent
And Petetsai, wow, just wow to your stunning dancing series

Lots of kudos to all ...

Fantastic photos, Steen

Is that Lousiana?
No, this time it is not Louisiana but ARKEN Museum of Modern Art, beautifully located at the coast just like Louisiana.
Arken itself, on the other hand, is a very ugly building seen from outside, but of course it's the content that matters.

Thank you for your kind words about my little Exhibition series, Rayyan, Corlan, Jorgen, Tim, Matt, Steve, and Lloyd.
