Great stuff, Steve.

The last one is truly extraordinay. Notwithstanding the ability of the left brain to analyse the plans, the eye -and right brain- keep getting fooled by the incredible 3D effect aided by the clever choice of framing.

:salute:

edit: just seen at the one just above... just lovely.
I remember the "classic" one (from the same shoot?), still among my top ten dog shots of all times!

A little geometry with the 17-35.

Best,
Tim
Good one, Tim :)

A black and white shot for a change.

Nikon D90 and Nikkor 10-24mm lens.
Excellent monochrome cityscape!

Matt, like the new bear shots... but you know that from your bear series #1 fan ;)

Thanks Matt!

Lloyd, I am still "on the fence" in that regard. I am wondering what the Nikon D4 will bring to the table. If it is a combo of the D3x (for image resolution) and the D3s (for ISO performance) and the price is within reason, I will be the first in line.
I'll save you a place. (Although given what's happened in Sendai, we may be in for a long wait... first things first, eh?)

Does look like it's a little chilly. Nice shot though.
