Although I am far from your kind comment, you make my day, my friend.

Re: Fun with D800 Photos

Wonderful mood in this one Pramote! When you travel do you also take your IQ 180 along or just your Nikon? Eleanor
Thanks very much Eleanor!
I've always carried the IQ 180 everywhere. Color wise, the Nikon D800E is still far behind (Only my opinion) but it is so convenient and fantastic for telephoto and low light.
I am now trying to get used to the Cambo WRS. I used the Ebony/Linhof 4x5 before and still frustrate with guessing and not be able to "Really" see the pictures before I took them. Live view is not very helpful for focusing. I am still not very good with the Cambo.
Maybe I should have bought the Linhof Techno.

I couldn't get him to hold still for the photo, so part of the car is kind of blurry ;)

Child's clothes in an 1800's laundry room, South Park City, CO. Taken with D800e and Zeiss 100 f2 makro lens. Converted in black and white in Silver Efex Pro. Eleanor

From a few years ago, shot with a D700 and 14-24 at 24mm f/8. Slept like a baby with the sound of heavy rain the night before this morning and woke up to an alarm to get a shot or two. Head of the Meadow beach, Cape Cod, MA. Light rain and gentle wind.

Thanks, Lloyd and Rayyan. Actually, that was a rather stressful day. I rained most of the time and I had lost my rain gear in Cambodia the week before, so both the camera and I got very, very wet :)
