Spent yesterday trying to take photos of wild Iris at Lake Constance.....

... had to pack it after a while due to gusts of wind from an approaching storm.

Glad one or two snaps turned out OK.

Nikon D800, Sigma 150mm, Gitzo and RRS.

Seeing the images of the Bandon, OR sea stacks made me think of this old image from Shore Acres St. Park which is not far from Bandon. Like I said, it is an old one, made with a D1X and 17-55mm lens.
