Many thanks!Nice shot, love the light on the peak!!!
I've recently started roasting my own green beans - it's a hot and smoky business but a lot of fun. Conventional wisdom is that freshly roasted beans must be allowed to gas-off for 24 hours, but they may do things differently in Turkey. This is reminding of my student days in the Greek Cypriot community that gathered in Camden, where coffee was powdered rather than just ground and we all used a briki to make it.As I understand it, coffee made that way is brewed immediately after roasting the beans. Brewing immediately after roasting gives the most intense flavor possible. A treat!
The intense flavor of this coffee has something in common with the strong colors made by the camera in the image. It is good living to have both.
:lol:no i lied, a little in the thread above.
I have and continue to pay, through my teeth, for one woman to ' model ' for me.
and all i get for my service, is a ' piss off '.
But life goes on.
LOL!!!!:toocool:
