Macro bellows for Nikon D800

Which model of the nikon bellows is best for use with a nikon D800E?

Nikon suggests a PK 13 extension ring with a PB-6 bellows, for anyone interested

The PK13 ring is probably needed to clear the D800 body overhang from the built-in flash and is probably needed with an extension bellows. I find the overhang to always get in my way of operating manual focus lenses and would like to saw it off but it might cancel my warranty.
