Wink camranger - wireless live view tethering

We've just acquired this system - and although I had my few moments getting the iPad set-up (Mac novice) - it is a great tool, especially if you're doing a lot of macro.

Lol on the "insect on flower" macro example. Like a hornet is going to nicely sit there while you adjust micro focus with a 2-second delay.

It is a great piece of kit. Useful for panos, astro and macro. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come in the next gen of DSLRs.

I actively use 2 Rangers - worth every penny. There are a few hiccups in the software but nothing is perfect.

I found the CamRanger very useful in the winter when it was too cold outside with a windshill factor and I could control my D800E from inside my warm car. It's also very useful to get the camera close to wildlife.
    With best regards, K-H.
