Nikon Z7 and wearing eyeglasses: no high Eyepoint

I just got my Nikon Z7.

After tree days the biggest shortcoming seems to be that I can´t see the whole picture at once in the viewfinder when shooting.

As a people and portrait photographer this is an issue for me.

My compositions are not good, working with the EVF I don´t see every part of the image while taking pictures handheld.

I `ve been using Nikon High Eyepoint Cameras since the day of the Nikon F3HP until the D850 and always have been very happy with it.

My Fuji X-T1, which I use more for fun, offers "full" and "normal" mode for the EVF. "Normal" just shows a slightly smaller image, which can be seen completely when wearing glasses.

I hope Nikon gives me something similar with a future firmware update.

Otherwise my first Nikon mirrorless would be a frustrating experience.

Best,

Bernd
