D850 Battery Life

I've done three shoots in the last couple weeks 50-80 images per trip. Yet every time I stick the battery in the charger it doesn't blink. Just a solid amber light indicating it's charged. I'm not doing much chomping or any live view

Agree, those Nikon DSLR batteries seem to have incredible staying power. With my 810, which I use solely for landscape, it goes months before I need to slip in the backup.

Hmmm... Dante resides here as well..,:)

Now I have to order a couple of new Nikon batteries because mine (not Nikon originals) are nowhere near as long lasting.:rolleyes:
