Lloyd, these constitute an impressive series. What they teach me (over and over again) is that the photographer should become transparent, so that nothing comes between the subject and viewer. 'Being there' is not that easy to achieve.
    I'm learnin', I'm learnin'...

A few more shots of the choir rehearsal.

Most of the time, they were focused on singing:

But they didn't always agree... and even got more than a little testy at times! Which actually surprised me.

    But there were lighthearted moments:

And downright silly ones too.. like the 1st Soprano who tried to eat my 14-24!:

No new pictures; but, some newly found/processed bear shots. This adolescent thought a big bear was coming and skedaddled behind the log. After a while it came back out to play with it's siblings looking a little embarrassed. Cheers.

Steve: He's from Zurich (or one of those other Swiss towns). Very nice guy. A D3 on full auto, ripping away, is a little "Arnold", isn't it.

David: Thank you. I'm not allowed to take photos like that! I like the first one. Although, I did post a bear butt picture earlier. That's bad isn't it? But, you're all too far away to smack me.

    Jorgen: Thanks. No further comment.

Great shots! I was trying to figure out which lens your 500/4 reminded me of, and I realized it is the 350mm f/4 FE lens I have for Hasselblad. It is the longest lens I have for any system, and there is a certain look these very long lenses have.

Not much from me lately. To busy moving to my father's house in Pattaya and help getting him back into a "normal" routine again, so no photos the last month. Here's one from Chiang Mai in January:

Lot of things to take care of lately...

Jorgen: another perfect portrait! Sounds like serious craftsmanship
(and tones & shades are georgeous)

Matt: the "lets-hide" bear strip is plain fantastic. The whole family simply love it, i'd need a print

Steen, the exhibition did put you in a arty mood. Nice variety here. Quite cool
