Here's one from the backyard volleyball series, the grandstand (or would that be the grand sit?).

D80 with 85mm f/1.8 @ f/2.2
I think you must have a very pleasant aura or naturally friendly demeanor. So many of your subjects seem to react to your picture-taking with a relaxed and friendly smile. You can't buy that at any camera store (believe me, if I could, I would). And very nice B&W by the way.

Very interesting space Matt, almost as nice as the theater which I really loved.

If I may make a comment, the tone mapping is kind of heavy handed in this one.

Very nice job Matt! Did you take the multiple bracketed exposure route or did you cheat and use the one-shot wizard in Photomatix Pro?

Two from the weekend in Door County, Wisconsin. The lighthouse dates from 1868. The gallery is a non-profit featuring local artists. The entire gallery building is adorned in "graffiti".

Fuji S5 and 17-55 f/2.8

More from yesterday, another kind of backyard, hidden between all the industrial estates on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand.

Thanks Jorgen. I'm also getting faster at getting them processed. It only took me about 6 hours to get this set prepared and that was after wearing myself out mowing the lawn.
