Spirit Awards in Los Angeles, I just happen to live next door so ventured over the event. Had my trusty GXR with me, took some shots. Used A12-M with 28mm f2.8 Leica, @f5.6.

P.S. My VF-2 viewfinder took a dive for the worse - the hinge jammed, then broke. I email Ricoh support on Tuesday, no response so far. Will try calling them on Monday.

Very nice, Agnius - I love the first one.
Godfrey, any trouble getting the APS developed? Are you scanning on a flatbed? My wife has the Pronea and hasn't used it for years. I may just try it out.

Here is the Ontario College of Art (sigma 21-35 again)

More Sonnar (all shot wide open).....these building interiors are really dark. It suits the properties of this particular lens.

Keith, I like A12 better, composition works better for me. Also, there is a slight greenish cast on GR1s image.

There is something from my "walkabouts" in Santa Monica - 21mm Biogon on A12 GXR -

. . my bottle of Diafine Part B does have a sickly yellowly green color to it. Guess its time to change

Here's my example, C/Y Planar @F4. Performs much better on GXR-M than on GF1. Wish Ricoh can come up with a full frame M module.

Like it, Keith ... If you could re-do the crop with just a tiny bit more headroom over the stack, that would be great.

    I know, Godfrey - but it's not there . . .
I think the only way out is to crop down way further on the yellow block at the bottom. But I think people may start getting a bit fed up with my stacks.

Latvia! Cool! It has been a long time since i have been there. Sure things have changed! Last time I remember looking to buy a jam in a tube in Riga and there was plenty of red banners everywhere, but that was loooooong time ago.

Nice facades. But what interested me most was your use of the Zeiss 25mm/2.8. I find the A12 28mm to be a bit wide at times and my Leica Summicron 40mm a bit long at others. So I have this lens on my list as it falls in the 35-45mm on the M mount and its affordable.

So it would appear you're happy with this lens?

Wonderful shot, David. I assume the solar storm activity helped things along a bit?

Struggling to keep up ... I've been so busy I've hardly had time to shoot, let alone render any photos. Some amazing new photos in this thread.

I am very happy with that lens. It is my most used lens on the GXR.
Razor sharp and not much distortion. Some people find it (relativly) big, but for me it small.
Works really well for these kind of architectural shots too.

Green table is $5. Packing, shipping and insurance to Europe $978.65

Love your facade series, that's a wonderful way to test out the senses of line, shape, and color. Lot's of opportunity in that wonderful city of yours (along with shop windows )

Re: Ricoh GXR - Show your images

Made a mistake with my last post. Those 2 pictures where actually shot with my Sony NEX-7

Can be confusing working with two systems
Can't repair the situation anymore. I am uploading from my DPI member gallerie. Does anybody know how to delete pictures from this gallerie? Because I would like to rectify some mistakes.

Well here are two which are defenitly shot with the GXR.
