I visited the MTA Transit Museum yesterday in New York City and on display they have a Leitz macro camera that was used to inspect the steel made for the train wheels and other parts. Check out this incredible camera bellows.

Also on display is a Weston light meter used to measure the brightness of the light bulbs in the tunnels.
