Konica AR to M Adapter ready

It would be possible to make an RF cam for the Konica 50mm lenses.

An RF coupled 50/1.7 would perform very close to a Type 2 Rigid Summicron, based on the 1976 Pop Photo tests.

Okay. So $56 poorer and going to have to make an RF Cam for my Konica 50/1.7.

There are worse things in life...

And I will be able to use the 28/1.8 on it. not too hard to zone focus.

Got my adapter, found my Konica 50/1.7. Which was in a Nikkor 80~200/4.5 case. And why did i do that a long time ago????

Eyeballing the Rear of the lens: the retaining ring from an Industar-61 fits nicely over the rear retaining ring of the Konica. This ring moves with the optics. I believe that the RF Cam of the inner helical of the I-61 or J-8 can be cut and fit over this retaining ring. Get the length correct, might be possible to do a cheap RF coupled Konica 50/1.7 using the adpater.

Need a rainy weekend, will give it a shot.
