Hey!
Who's complaining about the quality of the kit lens.
Try getting corners like that on a Canikon cheap kit lens.
Nice photo too!

from my new sigma 12-24/4.5 on a sony a300.

the light was low and the lens is slow ...

farmer's market - this was her last loaf of bread from a table full.

I Like it!
I like the lens too, although it does lose the plot a bit at the edges on the A900

But it's a great shot - that look suggests more than bread!

Hi Joe, Great B&W street work, as usual. Are you still shooting with your Zeiss glass and the ZI as well? I'm looking forward to trying some of my M mount Zeiss and CV lenses with the little G1.

Regards,
Carl

Hi Jono,

I love these landscapes you are getting with the big Sony. Montana has nothing on your "Big Sky" country across the pond.

Regards,
Carl
Thank you Carl
for a change, there really was a landscape here . . . but I seem to be stuck on skies!

Joe - you're welcome . . . it really is a 'come-hither' look!

Every time I look at this thread there are more and more wonderful shots. It's inspiring to see all of you talented people using all these amazing cameras! The little G1 certainly is holding its own amongst them, I am getting more and more tempted but will have to wait and keep watching.
Great work, all!
