They claim the image it's a bit blurry because it was taken handheld and because the film outresolves the LEICA ASPH 1,4/50mm that was used.

Correction: CMS 20 is now also available as 4x5. Now, that sounds like a lot of megapixels :)

Jorgen, There is no Leica lens that would match the resolution of that film (rebadged Agfa Copex/Gigabit). The Zeiss 25mm ZM Biogon lens would be a good lens (purported >400 lp/mm resolution).

Gigabit was available in 4x5 size. It was discontinued and now it is back on again. Problem there is with the film flatness. One needs a vacuum (suction) back to keep the film perfectly flat.

PS: If you want a couple rolls of high res B&W films to try, drop me a line.:)

Ah... all the things I don't know. My sharpest lens is probably the Zuiko 50mm f/2 macro, but I don't know how much it would resolve.

Jorgen, That is most likely (although I do not have proper data on that lens) is ~100 lp/mm just like the 55/3.5 Micronikkor. Very good!:)

I have the 50/3.5 (OM) and the 38/3.5 (Olympus pen F) Macro Zuikos both are very sharp.
