A quick photograph taken through the bus window, it was an impressive site and the picture does not do it all the justice it deserves. In the foreground is the University of Washington, Husky Stadium Roof, and the UW Medical Center.

Dunkirk, NY harbor. Air temp about 6 F; the water in the harbor is ice-free from the cooling water discharged by a power plant. The harbor becomes a refuge for many gulls and ducks during a cold winter.
