    Long exposure on the 646Z

Looking at the specs says Bulb is available. I'm interested in how the 645Z performs in multi-minute exposures.

Very very well, among the best IMO. I've done ~20 minute exposures and even with no dark frame subtraction the files are very clean with little to no hot pixels.

What is the limit for the bulb on the 645z? Is it battery dependant or does it simply stop after a certain number of minutes?

No official limit and I haven't pushed it far enough where it has shut off. I suspect its as long as the battery lasts.
