Having an smaller equivalent to the current *900 series sounds interesting.
From the available specs, can we expect a similar quality and ease of use?

That would help a lot for many regular prints not requiring the big guns. Occasional larger prints can still be outsourced...

If it sells for the same price as the previous 4xxx serious Epsons, they should sell a bunch. It strikes me that there are a much greater number of very significant products coming out of Photokina this year.
