Anyone have a good contact for HP printer service in the NYC-Brooklyn area? I have a Z3100 that needs attentions

..in the words of emily litella...nevermind....

turns out if you just ignore the service manual it works just fine even when it fails every test you are supposed to run.

I guess the tests keep the techs in business.
