Many of you are aware that Epson has just begun delivering its P600 printer

Epson SureColor P600 Inkjet Printer C11CE21201 B&H Photo Video,​

which uses a new, reportedly improved Ultrachrome HD ink set. Anyone interested in the longevity of inkjet prints realizes that thorough, independent testing is needed to establish a useful estimate of the actual life expectancy prints made with those inks will exhibit. Mark McCormick-Goodhart has plans to perform that testing, but lacks sufficient funding to begin. Sorted. Mark's work is invaluable. I was only going through the test results last night and surprised by the performance of the current epson inks on ABW. I've been using Cone's K7 inksets for the last few years but built up some QTR profiles last night to revisit that method. Cone's inks have a beautiful rendition and lovely tonality, but they don't fare so well in the testing.
