Hi I work on an Imac , I calibrate screen with brightness at 50 % .

Is this ok ? any suggestion

It is just impossible to know what 50% actually means.
iMac or whatever screen you are using ought to be calibrated with an instrument such as an i1, a Hughy, a color munki or other.
My personal settings are 6500 degrees K, 110 Luminance, and 2.2 gamma

Hi , sorry , I meant I do the calibration with spyder with the monitor brightens set at half way . but I don't know if would be better at 100%

Deceased, but remembered fondly here...
The documentation should tell you how to set the brightness. It did with my spyder.
